1. Return Eligibility

- Item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed when:
- The product is returned and inspected
- The order was paid for but cannot be fulfilled
- You qualify for a refund based on our review
Refunds may take 2–7 working days depending on your payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
- Refund for cancelled orders follows normal refund timelines
