Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your TINCIS account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your login access and most of your personal data from our systems.
1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- You will no longer be able to log in to your account
- Your personal profile information will be removed
- Your active sessions will be closed
- Order and transaction history may be kept where required by law (e.g., tax and compliance records)
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion in the following ways:
- From within your account settings (Account > Security), if a delete option is available
- By contacting customer support and requesting account deletion
3. Information Required
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm:
- Your registered full name
- Your registered phone number or email
- Recent order details (for verification, if needed)
4. Processing Time
After confirming your request, we aim to delete your account and related personal data within 7–14 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
